Michelle Fine has over fifteen years of business and legal experience.

For the past eight years, Michelle Fine has served as the Director of Operations and General Counsel to Avalon Business Systems, Inc. an information technology company providing Lotus Notes and Domino products and services. In her role as General Counsel, she has provided legal advice on contracts, software licensing, commercial leasing, entity formation and management, intellectual property, and employment agreements. As Director of Operations, Michelle has been instrumental in helping develop Avalon into an industry leader in its product class, managing every aspect of business operations, planning, marketing, strategy and implementation.

Ms. Fine has an extensive background in real estate and commercial litigation through her work as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department.

Ms. Fine is a member of the Bergen Chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners and has participated in the Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Ms. Fine is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and Brooklyn Law School. She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
